The man who never ceases to make headlines has made another headline again, and we expect more of them. Elon Musk is working on something. As usual, the tech billionaire is always on the move; he believes that nothing can stop him from executing whatever he dreams about. It is easy to see or think of Elon Musk as a person who is always working on science, space, and tweets, but there is another side to things, another side of the South African-born billionaire. Beyond space and tweets, he is building something that will change the course of life for people in that state.
Musk is changing his ways to dominate a new state in the U.S.
Here is the drill. Whenever we talk about Musk, it has always been about AI, technology, innovation, money, and of course, Donald Trump and the white house. However, this new development is right under our noses. You are going on about your lie, and one day you will wake up to something that will just blow your mind and change how you view Elon Musk.
Sometimes I wish I could have some time to go through what Elon Musk thinks. He is moving to one state in the United States. Something has shifted in him, and while he has a footprint in Washington, DC, and California, he wants to tread upon another state and mark his territory as well. Elon Musk is eyeing Texas, but why Texas? The truth is, we are about to find out why there is sudden interest.
Musk’s Texas empire is growing, but it’s not just about Tesla
You are probably thinking this is another Cybertruck or Tesla story; I thought so too, but that is not the case. There is something in Texas that Musk has found to be appealing, and while it will benefit his pocket, it looks like everyone else will have a fair share of this non-fictional idea. There are several companies that Elon has been launching gradually over the years in Texas, those being:
- Tesla’s Gigafactory outside Austin
- SpaceX’s launch pad in Boca Chica
- Neuralink and Starlink operations are creeping in
- Have you heard about it? The Boring Company and the Hyperloop
Texas’s Hyperloop: A dream that has been brewing for 200 years is beginning to take shape
Texas, here we come, because Elon Musk has greater plans for you. Can I just mention real quick that this man is always on the go? Look at this: because we know him to always come up with the “best” car ideas, recently Musk landed the transport of the future in Dubai; therefore, this Hyperloop is another blast from his brain that will change everything.
Imagine not having to worry about travelling by airplane or spending hours on a train just to get to your holiday destination. Elon Musk is changing that because with speeds of over 600 mph, the Hyperloop is expected to connect major cities like Austin, Dallas, and Houston in a matter of minutes. Sounds like science fiction, but it is a real thing.
The only boring part – and maybe that is why it is called the boring company – is that this idea has been on the radar, has been talked about, and just when we thought we would have it by 2020, or 2025, still, there is nothing. However, looking at the dynamics of creating such a project, it takes a lot. Politics, funding, moral support, skill, qualified engineers, researchers – the list is endless. However, if you are like me and still question more about this, Musk admitted exactly what happened to Tesla’s Hyperloop. Get ready because the whole state of Texas is about to be transformed.
