A new American engine has been unveiled to the world, and it has the potential to open a new era in engine design and world mobility. As the world explores the potential of the electric motor and the newer hydrogen option, some companies have remained steadfast in their commitment to the traditional engine. The mobility needs of the world have led many major car makers to adopt new technology for their cars. The electric vehicle has become immensely successful all over the world, but this new engine from an American manufacturer could open the automotive world up to new possibilities.

The automotive world is hard at work pursuing the fuel of tomorrow

In recent years, the world has become acutely aware of the disastrous effects our reliance on fossil fuels has had on the climate. As a result, some of the biggest car firms in the world have invested huge amounts of resources into finding the fuel for the future. Companies have emerged to solely focus on this pursuit of that elusive fuel that will propel us into the future.

Tesla pioneered the electric vehicle and experienced huge financial success that earned its CEO, Elon Musk, enough money to become the richest man in the world. However, once the EV became more popular and production increased, a few teething problems emerged that hindered the EV’s progress. The EV has now become complex to produce as the components are not as easily available as its gasoline-powered cousins.

Hydrogen quickly got some noticeable investments that have improved the technology in leaps and bounds in recent years. Hyundai is championing hydrogen adoption by the automotive sector. Their newest rendition of their models all have hydrogen-powered internal combustion engines, and Hyundai has made deals with local governments to test the technology in various forms.

Some companies have not given up on the traditional gasoline-powered engine

The efficiency that the gasoline-powered engine gave the world has meant that some manufacturers are not yet willing to forget about the gasoline-powered engine. The latest trend in the supercar market is for the manufacturer to develop a hybrid system that uses both electric power and a smaller, traditional engine to deliver some amazing power and acceleration.

America is leading the global pursuit to keep the gasoline-powered engine relevant

Rehlko is an American company that has now unveiled its latest engine for the world’s mobility needs. The all-new Command Pro 888 is designed to maximize uptime while reducing maintenance costs due to its small size. The engine produces 32 HP and 53 ft-lbs of torque from its 888-ccs and is designed to be easily integrated into existing designs by other manufacturers.

It’s the first engine produced by Rehlko following a rebranding from Kohler Energy. The engine is tiny and was built to serve the unique requirements of the ever-evolving automotive industry for the future. As the alternative fuel sector makes massive waves in the sea of the automotive world, we can rest assured that some American companies have committed to reworking gasoline-powered engines for the future.

Can this new engine from Rehlko keep the gasoline engine alive?

As the EV has begun to lose that initial popularity that it found, hydrogen has become the new, trendy fuel for the world’s top car makers. However, some in the world crave that familiar feeling that a gasoline-powered engine gives, and thanks to Rehlko’s new Command Pro 888, we can sleep soundly at night knowing the gasoline engine is getting the respect and attention it deserves by Rehlko sticking with it. Regardless of the latest trends, at least one American company is keeping the traditional internal combustion engine alive.
