- Alma Mater: Brandeis University (BA, 1995) / University of Massachusetts Lowell (M.Ed, 1997)
- Was the captain of the South Catholic HS team that won the Connecticut State Championship in 1991
- Went on to play PG for four seasons at D-III Brandeis for head coach Ken Still
- Started coaching career in 1995, serving as an assistant under Gary Manchel at (then D-II) UMass Lowell while also earning a masters degree
- Spent six years as an assistant to Howie Dickenman at Central Connecticut; coached in two NCAA Tournaments
- Joined Dave Bike’s staff at Sacred Heart in 2005, working as his assistant for eight seasons before taking over as head coach
- Became just the third head coach in program history when he was chosen in 2013 to be Bike’s successor
- Has an overall record of 141-193 through eleven seasons at the helm; in 2024, Sacred Heart moved to the MAAC
