  • Alma Mater: Siena College (BS, 2001)
  • Started his collegiate career playing three seasons at New Hampshire under head coach Jeff Jackson
  • Transferred to Siena for his final year, finishing his degree and career playing for former Saints head coach Louis Orr
    • After graduating, Maciariello obtained dual-citizenship as an Italian played professionally for four seasons in Italy
  • Returned to the States in 2005, spending the season as Fran McCaffery‘s director of basketball operations at his alma mater
  • Spent the next couple years working in AAU, serving as vice president and head coach of the Albany City Rocks program (NY)
  • Got back into the college game in 2008, working as an assistant under Ed Cooley at Fairfield for three seasons
    • Followed Cooley to Providence, working as his DBO there from March-August of 2011
    • Left before the season started to be an assistant coach on Joe Jones‘ first staff at Boston U
  • After three years at BU, Maciariello moved to DC and became an assistant on Mike Lonergan‘s staff at George Washington
  • Returned to his alma mater, Siena, in 2018 to work under new head coach Jamion Christian
