- Alma Mater: University of Maine (BS, 2005)
- Played two seasons for Mike Brey at Notre Dame before transferring back home to Maine, where he played for the Black Bears and head coaches John Giannini and Ted Woodward
- Started his coaching career as an assistant under Woodward, working at Maine for five seasons
- Spent three years assisting John Becker at Vermont; part of one NCAA Tournament and one America East title
- Hired by Bill Coen a Northeastern in 2014 and after four years as an assistant was elevated to associate head coach
- Was part of three CAA titles and two NCAA Tournaments in seven years with the Huskies
- Joined new head coach Earl Grant‘s staff at Boston College in 2021, working there for one year
- Hired in March 2022 to be the new head coach at his alma mater, Maine
