  • Played basketball for head coach Ken Ammann at NAIA Concordia University Irvine (CA)
    • Was part of back-to-back NAIA Runner-Up teams and ranks among the program’s best in points, steals and assists
    • Victor was inducted into the Concordia-Irvine Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012
  • First coaching job was a one-year stint as an assistant under Rick Croy at Citrus College in Glendora, CA
  • Returned to his alma mater in 2006 and spent the next four years as an assistant under Ammann
    • Part of three Golden State titles and another trip to the NAIA title game (2007) as an assistant
  • Became the head coach at Citrus College (CA) in 2010, going 103-39 in five seasons at the helm
    • Won one league title and reached the CCCAA Final Four twice; was 44-16 overall in league play
  • Moved up to the D-I ranks in 2015 when he was hired by Jim Hayford to be an assistant at Eastern Washington
  • Followed Hayford to Seattle in 2017 and was named associate head coach of the Redhawks
