  • Alma Mater: University of Connecticut (BA, 1994)
  • Had a highly-decorated playing career at UConn under head coach Jim Calhoun, winning Big East Player of the Year in 1994 and being honored as a consensus First Team All-American
    • Drafted fourth overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 1994 NBA Draft
    • Spent fifteen seasons playing professionally in the NBA with a total of 8 different franchises
    • Finished his NBA career with 10,716 points, 6,376 rebounds and 1,305 assists
  • First coaching job was as an assistant under fellow UConn alum Karl Hobbs at George Washington
  • Was an assistant for one season with the Maine Red Claws of the NBA D-League
  • Returned to college for three more years as an assistant, two at Rider under Kevin Baggett and one at Buffalo under Nate Oats, before becoming CCSU’s head coach in April 2016
  • Along with his wife, Leea, has two daughters and four sons
