Full list of East Coast Conference (ECC) Tournament men’s basketball champions, including head coach, by year. Bold means team went on to win the NCAA National Championship the same year. The East Coast Conference was active from 1974-75 through the 1993-94 season, forming from members of the Middle Atlantic Conference. When the NCAA created Division I, II and III designations, the 12 biggest programs from the Middle Atlantic left to form the East Coast Conference.
