  • Amassed an overall record of 143-32 as the head coach at Midland College from 2004-2009
    • Won the NJCAA national championship in 2007 with Midland
  • Spent two seasons as head coach at D-II Midwestern State, reaching two Elite Eights and compiling an overall record of 56-12
  • Returned to Texas as a member of Scott Drew‘s staff at Baylor from 2011-2016
