  • Was an assistant at Wagner under Tim Capstraw, at Rider under Don Harnum and then at Columbia under Joe Jones
  • Took over NJIT after the program had completed a winless 2007-08, going 0-29 overall
    • His first season at NJIT saw the Highlanders win just one game and finish with a 1-30 record
    • Led the Highlanders to two straight CIT semifinals (2015 & 2016), completing a remarkable turnaround at the program
  • Hired in 2016 to be the new head coach of the Columbia Lions of the Ivy League
    • Compiled a 35-77 through his first four seasons at the helm, finishing below .500 each year
    • In November 2020, the Ivy League canceled its 2020-21 season due to COVID-19 concerns
  • Along with his wife, Meegan, has two daughters
