  • Alma Mater: State University of New York at Geneseo (BA, 1995)
  • Started his coaching career with a five-year tenure as associate head coach and freshman head coach at St. Dominic HS in Oyster Bay, NY; Fox was also a teacher at the school and served as athletic director for one year
    • Fox was also the director and head coach of the Long Island Lightning AAU club
  • Moved up to the college ranks in 2001 when he was hired as an assistant coach by Bob McKillop at Davidson
    • After eleven seasons as an assistant, Fox was elevated to associate head coach for two years
    • Was on the Davidson staff during the memorable career of Wildcat player (and future NBA champion and league MVP) Stephen Curry
  • In 2014, Fox was hired by Appalachian State to be the head coach of the Mountaineers
