  • Spent eight years as an assistant at San Diego – two under Hank Egan and six under Brad Holland
  • Also worked an as assistant for one season for head coach Joe Scott at Air Force
  • Was an assistant to Randy Bennett at Saint Mary’s for nine seasons before becoming Columbia’s head coach
  • Hired to be the next head coach at San Francisco following that season
    • Led the Dons to back-to-back CBI appearances in his first two seasons at the helm; finished as runner-up in 2018
  • Left in March 2019 to become the new head coach at Washington State
    • Is 52-44 through three seasons at the helm; in 2022, led the Cougars to the NIT Semifinals
  • Along with his wife, Katie, has three sons
