The Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) has awarded MAC Player of the Year honors every season since 1967-68. The only player to win the award three times in Ohio‘s Gary Trent (1993-95), though three others have won twice. Ohio is the program with the most winners (eleven), followed by Toledo (eight) and Miami OH (six). See also: MAC Coach of the Year
