- Hometown: Moorestown, New Jersey
- Alma Mater: University of Pennsylvania (BA, 2000)
- Played at Penn under head coach Fran Dunphy and graduated from the prestigious Wharton School of Business in 2000
- Spent time playing professionally in Atlantic City and overseas in Switzerland and France
- Joined Dunphy‘s staff at Penn in 2004 and two years later followed him to Temple where he coached for the next five seasons
- Hired in April 2011 as the new head coach at Colgate in Hamilton, NY
- Twice finished second in the Patriot League before winning a share of the title in 2019 and earning a trip to the NCAA Tournament by way of the Patriot League Tournament crown
- Earned three-straight conference COY awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020, then a fourth in 2023
- Won the Patriot League title outright in 2019-20, 2021-22 and 2022-23
- Signed an extension through 2029-30 after leading the Raiders back to three-straight NCAA Tournaments
- Along with his wife, Tara, has one daughter and two sons
