Top Three Most Complete NFL Teams To Bet On In 2022

Irrespective of the nature of sports, whether you consider Ambetter 301 odds or the NFL, the most significant offseason events spun around notable player transfers. However, every sports enthusiast knows that winning the championship at the end of the season requires more than one exceptional player.

This article analyzes the squads that currently appear to be the most complete in the NFL. Here’s a look at the top three most balanced teams moving into 2022.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have appeared in 4 successive AFC championship games. That speaks much about the franchise’s roster construction and quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ performance. They will now enter the 2022 season without dynamic wideout Tyreek Hill, who was transferred to Miami in March.

Travis Kelce remains an outstanding pass-catcher for Kansas City, and the emphasis he draws should open up the field for youngsters Marquez Valdes-Scantling, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Skyy Moore. Adding Ronald Jones II to the backfield should enhance Clyde’s Edwards performance. Helaire’s and the offensive line return primarily intact following a substantial revamp in the last offseason.

The defense will not overshadow Andy Reid’s attack, but it is formidable on all three levels. Chris Jones and Frank Clark led a front that ranked 29th in sacks last season, but the first draft pick, George Karlaftis, could provide substantial growth. While the Chiefs let Tyrann Mathieu depart in free agency, the club signed safety Justin Reid and selected youngster Trent McDuffie—one of the most significant value picks in the draft.

Los Angeles Chargers

General manager Tom Telesco gave a clear message this offseason: the Chargers will not settle for second, third, or fourth place. L.A. re-signed Mike Williams, added defensive back Gerald Everett, and improved the passing attack. Moreover, at running back, with first-rounder Zion Johnson starting at right guard and fourth-round running back Isaiah Spiller partnering with Austin Ekeler in the backfield looks promising. Justin Herbert has evolved in his two NFL seasons, displaying flashes of greatness along the way.

The Chargers attempted to solve their defensive vulnerability by signing Sebastian Joseph-Day and acquiring Otito Ogbonnia. They made two of the more eye-catching defensive moves of the offseason, acquiring Khalil Mack and adding shutdown cornerback J.C. Jackson.

The Mack-Joey Bosa duo off the edges will be a menace for opposing offenses. It will create an atmosphere for Brandon Staley’s defense’s second and third levels. Jackson joins Asante Samuel Jr, Derwin James, and other reserve playmakers. The Chargers look deadly on paper.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers would not have made this list for 40 days this offseason. But Tom Brady’s choice to come out of retirement changed everything. He won silver in the MVP voting in 2021 and shows no signs of slowing down despite turning 45 in August. The presence of the seven-time Super Bowl champion in the stadium is critical to this team’s success.

The offensive line faced adjustments, losing Alex Cappa to free agency and Ali Marpet to retirement. Still, after acquiring Shaq Mason from the New England Patriots, this squad should be more than capable of holding its quarterback upright.

The run game is vital because Leonard Fournette and the wide receiving corps will be among the best in the league once Chris Godwin returns to full strength. It also appears like free agent Rob Gronkowski will re-sign with the organization. If he does return, it will be a plus because the Bucs have viable tight-end options in Cameron Brate and youngster Cade Otton.
