  • Alma Mater: Williams College (BA, 1993)
  • Was captain of the basketball team at Division III Williams College (MA), graduating in 1993
  • Started his coaching career as an assistant under Cardy Gemma at D-III Centenary in Hackettstown, NJ while at the same time serving as an intern with the NBA’s New Jersey Nets
  • Spent one year as an assistant under Dave Paulsen at D-III St. Lawrence (NY) and two under Tom Crowley at D-II St. Michael’s (VT)
  • Was a part of Al Skinner‘s staff at Boston College for 13 years, first as an administrative assistant and then as a full-time coach and finally as associate head coach
    • Coached in seven NCAA Tournaments, including a trip to the Sweet Sixteen in 2006
  • Became the associate head coach under Bill Coen at Northeastern in 2010 after Skinner was let go by BC
  • Hired in May 2013 to be the eighth head coach at UMass Lowell
    • Through ten seasons at Lowell, Duquette has a 158-173 overall record but has yet to reach the postseason
    • The 2022-23 team went 24-7, the program’s first 20-win season at the D-I level, and Duquette was named America East COY
