  • The SC-native played for head coaches Charles Jones and Mike Brown at Central Connecticut; was ECC DPOY in 1991
    • Played three seasons with the Middlesborough Mohawks of the British league before starting his coaching career
  • Spent five seasons, including two as head coach, at St. Thomas Aquinas HS in New Britain, CT
  • Returned to his alma mater in 1999 and spent four years as an assistant under head coach Howie Dickenman
  • Worked under Steve Lappas at UMass for one year, then joined Jim Calhoun‘s staff at UConn as DBO in 2004
    • Was at UConn for seven seasons, including three as associate head coach; part of the 2009 Final Four team and helped recruit and develop the team that would win the 2011 NCAA National Championship
    • Spent the 2010-11 season in China as an assistant with Shanxi Zhongyu
  • Had several more assistant coaching stints upon returning to the States in 2011, spending two years each under Mo Cassara at Hofstra, Greg McDermott at Creighton, Dave Leitao at DePaul, Greg Herenda at Fairleigh Dickinson and Jay Young at Fairfield
  • Hired in May 2021 to become the next head coach at his alma mater, Central Connecticut
