Western NY3 Regular Season Champions
Western NY3 Regular Season Champions
Full list of Western New York Little Three (WNY3) Conference men’s basketball regular season champions, including head coach, by year. Bold means team went on to win the NCAA National Championship the same year. The WNY3 was a small league consisting of three Roman Catholic institutions in Western New York state (Canisius, Niagara and St. Bonaventure). The conference itself existed from 1946 through 1958 and the sole three member schools (plus nearby public school Buffalo) maintain strong rivalries still today.
NOTE: There was never a men’s basketball tournament in this conference.
