  • Alma Mater: Troy University (BS, 2003)
  • Fletcher played at Troy for long-time head coach Don Maestri, earning All-ASUN honors as a senior in 2003; was a key part of the 2002-03 team that reached the D-I NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history
    • After graduating, Fletcher worked for two years as a student assistant under Maestri before becoming a full-time assistant in 2005
    • Spent 15 seasons in that role, under Maestri (2005-13) and then under new head coach Phil Cunningham (2013-19); was an assistant coach in 2017 when the team went back to the NCAA Tournament for the second time
  • Joined new head coach Amir Abdur-Rahim‘s staff at Kennesaw State in 2019, spending the next four seasons helping rebuild the Owls
    • After winning just one game in their first year, KSU won the ASUN title in 2023 and reached their first-ever NCAA Tournamennt
  • Followed Abdur-Rahim to South Florida in 2023 and played a role in another rapid turnaround, as the Bulls won 25 games and the AAC regular season title in their first season after the team had gone just 14-18 the season prior to their arrival
    • In June 2024, Fletcher was elevated to associate head coach; however, in October he was named interim head coach for the 2024-25 season following the tragic and unexpected passing of coach Abdur-Rahim
