- Born April 13, 1986
- Hometown: Canton, Michigan
- Alma Mater: Madonna University (BA, 2009) / Iowa State University (MA, 2014)
- Started his coaching career as an assistant at Romulus HS in Michigan, where we worked under Nate Oats
- Worked for one season as a graduate manager at Utah for Utes head coach Jim Boylen, then spent the 2011-12 season working as a video intern with the Indiana Pacers in the NBA
- Hired in 2013 by Fred Hoiberg to be director of player development at Iowa State; the following year was elevated to assistant coach
- Followed Hoiberg to the NBA in 2015, spending two years as one of his assistants with the Chicago Bulls
- From 2017-19, Henry coached the G-League affiliate the Windy City Bulls; he went 51-49 overall at the helm
- Returned to college basketball in 2019, reuniting with Nate Oats as one of his assistant coaches in Alabama
- Part of three NCAA Tournaments with the Tide, including the 2022-23 team that was the #1 overall seed
- Hired in March 2023 to be the new head coach of the Georgia Southern Eagles in the Sun Belt
