  • Was a two-year team captain at Ithaca, graduating in 2002 ranked in the program’s top 10 in career steals and assists
  • Started his coaching career in 2003, assisting Dave Paulsen at D-III Williams College (MA)
  • Joined Tommy Dempsey‘s staff at Rider in 2005, coaching there for three years
  • Started working with Paulsen again in 2008, this time as an assistant at Bucknell
    • Elevated to associate head coach in 2011 after three seasons
    • Followed Paulsen to George Mason in 2015, where he coached for another four seasons
  • Hired in April 2019 to be the head coach at William & Mary
    • Went 21-10 in his first season, finishing 2nd in the conference and earning CAA COY honors
  • Along with his wife, Chelsea, has one daughter and one son
