- Alma Mater: Ithaca College (BS, 2002)
- Was a two-year team captain at Ithaca, graduating in 2002 ranked in the program’s top 10 in career steals and assists
- Started his coaching career in 2003, assisting Dave Paulsen at D-III Williams College (MA)
- Was part of the staff in 2004 when the Ephs finished as D-III NCAA Runner-up
- Joined Tommy Dempsey‘s staff at Rider in 2005, coaching there for three years
- Started working with Paulsen again in 2008, this time as an assistant at Bucknell
- Elevated to associate head coach in 2011 after three seasons
- Followed Paulsen to George Mason in 2015, where he coached for another four seasons
- Hired in April 2019 to be the head coach at William & Mary
- Went 21-10 in his first season, finishing 2nd in the conference and earning CAA COY honors
- Lost 20+ games in his third, four and fifth seasons and was fired in March 2024 with an overall record of 56-91
- Along with his wife, Chelsea, has one daughter and one son
