  • Alma Mater: University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (BS, 2006) / University of South Dakota (MA, 2016)
  • The Wisconsin-native started his coaching career at La Cresent HS in Minnesota
    • Next coached the Wisconsin Playground Warriors AAU team based in Milwaukee
  • Became an assistant coach at Williston State College in North Dakota, serving in that capacity for four seasons
  • Spent two seasons as an assistant at D-II MSU-Moorhead under Stu Engen and Chad Walthall
  • Returned to Williston in 2011 and spent three years as head coach and athletic director
  • Moved up to the D-I ranks in 2014 when he became an assistant at South Dakota under Craig Smith
    • Followed Smith to Utah State in 2018 and to Utah in 2021; was his assistant for eight total seasons
  • Hired in March 2022 to be the next head coach at South Dakota
