- Hometown: Logansport, Indiana
- Alma Mater: Le Moyne College (BA, 2014)
- Graduated from Logansport HS (IN) and then went East to play for Steve Evans at Le Moyne (NY)
- Spent four seasons with the then D-II program, and as a senior helped lead the Dolphins to the D-II NCAA Tournament for the first time in 17 years; won All-NE10 Third-Team honors
- Served as a graduate assistant for one season on Evans’ staff, then played briefly in Australia
- Started his coaching career as a volunteer assistant at then D-II Stonehill under head coach Chris Kraus
- First full-time assistant job was under Mike Donnelly at Florida Southern, also in the NE-10
- The Mocs went 46-19 in his two seasons there and reached the D-II NCAA Tournament both years
- Returned to his alma mater Le Moyne in 2019 to become the head coach
- Named NE-10 COY in his first season and got the Dolphins to the 2020 NCAA Tournament, though it was cancelled due to COVID-19; their entire 2020-21 season was also later cancelled
- The school announced in May 2023 that all athletic programs would be joining Division I and the Northeast Conference (NEC) starting with the 2023-24 season
