  • Alma Mater: Stonehill College (BS, 2006) / Brandon University (MA, 2012)
  • Played for his father, George Kraus, at Markham District School outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada
  • Went to the States for college, playing for head coach David McLaughlin at D-II Stonehill in Massachusetts
    • As a senior in 2005-06, Kraus was the starting PG for a Stonehill team that reached the D-II NCAA Final Four
  • Started his coaching career in his native Canada, spending two seasons as an assistant at Brandon University in Manitoba and one season at Acadia University in Nova Scotia
  • Returned to his alma mater in 2010, spending three seasons as an assistant under McLaughlin
  • Elevated to head coach at Stonehill in 2013 and has led the program ever since then
    • Through nine seasons at the D-II level, Kraus was 130-99 overall with three NCAA Tournament appearances
    • Stonehill moved to D-I and the NEC in 2022; the Skyhawks tied for second place that first year and Kraus was named NEC COY
