SEC Player of the Year
List of SEC Player of the Year winners
The coaches of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) have awarded SEC Player of the Year honors every season since 1963-64. Two players have won the award three times each: LSU‘s Pete Maravich (1968-70) and Tennessee‘s Bernard King (1975-77). Kentucky is the program with the most winners (eighteen), followed by Tennessee (fourteen), LSU (eleven), and Vanderbilt (eight). See also: SEC Coach of the Year
