Joseph Costello Reshawn Jones

Hometown: Normangee, Texas
Alma Mater: Texas A&M University (BA, 2008)
Graduated from Normangee HS (TX) and played four seasons at Texas A&M for head coaches Billy Gillispie and Mark Turgeon
- The Aggies were 95-37 during his playing career, going to three NCAA Tournaments (with one Sweet Sixteen) and one NIT
Spent 12 years playing professionally, with stints in Turkey, France, Israel, Spain, Iran, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic
After retiring in 2020, Jones re-connected with his former A&M coach Billy Gillispie and joined his staff at Tarleton State mid-season in January 2021
- Elevated to acting head coach in November 2023 when Gillispie stepped away for medical reasons
- Led the Texans to a 23-8 record through the rest of the season, was named 2024 WAC COY and reached the CIT semifinals
Following that season, Gillispie was retained and Jones left to join Austin Claunch‘s staff at UTSA in the AAC
