LaVall Jordan hired as new Milwaukee head coach
Michigan assistant coach LaVall Jordan is expected to be named the next head coach of the Milwaukee Panthers, according to ESPN’s Jeff Goodman.
Jordan has been at UM since 2010, working under head coach John Beilein. Prior to that, he spent time as an assistant at Iowa and Butler, his alma mater. This will be the first head coaching position for Jordan, who is a native of Albion, Michigan.
Milwaukee fired previous head coach Rob Jeter after eleven seasons despite a 20-13 finish in 2015-16.
