- The Pennsylvania-native played for four seasons at D-III Ursinus College (PA) for head coach Kevin Small
- Was a two-time Centennial Conference POY and was a 2nd-team D-III All-American in 2006
- Had his jersey number #11 retired in 2010 and was inducted into the Ursinus College Hall of Fame in 2016
- Started his coaching career as an assistant for five seasons under Small at his alma mater
- Part of the staff in 2007-08 when 29-4 (20-0) overall reached the D-III NCAA Final Four
- Hired in May 2011 to be an assistant at Colgate under new head coach Matt Langel; worked with the Raiders for seven seasons
- Became a head coach for the first time in 2018, spending four seasons leading the D-III Lycoming Warriors (PA)
- Went 53-36 overall in a tenure that included several COVID-related cancellations
- Led the team to the D-III NCAA Tournament in 2020 via a MAC Commonwealth Tournament crown
- Returned to Division I in 2022, becoming the associate head coach at Lafayette newly-hired Mike Jordan
- Named acting HC in February 2023 when Jordan was placed on leave; led the Leopards to the Patriot League Tournament final
- Officially hired as the next head coach at Lafayette in March 2023
