- Hometown: Queens, New York
- Alma Mater: Seton Hall University (BA, 2000)
- The Queens-native played at famed St. Patrick’s HS in NJ
- Named a McDonald’s All-American as a senior in 1996, winning the MVP award in the game
- Went on to play at Seton Hall for four seasons under head coaches George Blaney and Tommy Amaker
- Received All-Big East honors three times, named Big East Most Improved in 2000 and helped the Pirates reach the S16
- Went un-drafted, but played professionally for seven years overseas and in the States
- Started his coaching career as an assistant at Bloomfield Tech HS in Essex County, NJ
- Spent one season as an administrative assistant at Seton Hall on Bobby Gonzalez‘s staff
- Joined Kevin Willard‘s staff at Iona in 2007 as an assistant, then followed Willard back to Seton Hall in 2010 to be his associate head coach
- Was on the sidelines at SHU for three trips to the NCAA Tournament and a Big East Tournament title in 2016
- Hired in April 2018 as the head coach of the Saint Peter’s Peacocks, his first head coaching position
- Won the 2022 MAAC Tournament to reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2011
- The Peacocks upset 2-seed in Kentucky, then beat 7-seed Murray State and 3-seed Purdue to become the first-ever 15-seed to reach the Elite Eight; lost to North Carolina
- Left Saint Peter’s in March 2022 and returned to alma mater Seton Hall as the new head coach
- Started his tenure with two-straight NIT appearances; won 24 games in year two and were 2024 NIT Champions
