- Hometown: New Knoxville, Ohio
- Alma Mater: Loyola University Maryland (BA, 2010) / Virginia Commonwealth University (M.Ed, 2011)
- The Ohio-native graduated from Loyola (MD), where he was a student manager for the Greyhounds and head coach Jimmy Patsos
- He became a graduate assistant at VCU in 2010 and a year later became the team’s video coordinator, working under Shaka Smart
- Was part of the Rams’ team that made a surprise run to the 2011 NCAA Final Four as a 10-seed
- First stint at Mount St. Mary’s started in 2013, when he was hired by Jamion Christian as an assistant coach
- The Mountaineers won the 2014 NEC Tournament to reach the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in program history
- Left for Radford in 2016, starting an eight-year run working as an assistant under Mike Jones there (2016-21) and then at UNC Greensboro (2021-24); part of two Big South titles (2018 and 2020) and one NCAA Tournament (2018) with Jones
- Hired in April 2024 to return to Mount St. Mary’s as the new head coach of the Mountaineers
