- Alma Mater: Monmouth University (BA, 1991 & MBA, 1995)
- After graduating from Saint Joseph’s HS (NJ), Calloway played for coach Wayne Szoke at Monmouth
- Earned Academic All-American and All-NEC honors a junior and was a two-time team captain
- Finished his career holding all of the school’s three-point shooting records
- Started coaching right away, joining Szoke’s staff upon graduation in 1991
- Spent seven seasons as an assistant at his alma mater before taking the reigns in 1998
- Went 178-227 in 13 seasons as the Hawks’ head coach, winning two NEC titles
- Also won three NEC Tournaments, each earning Calloway’s team an NCAA Tournament berth
- Resigned in 2011 following five-straight losing seasons
- Along with his wife, Denise, has one son
