  • Spent ten total seasons as an assistant coach to Kevin Stallings – five at Illinois State and five at Vanderbilt
  • Also spent two seasons at Providence as an assistance to head coach Tim Welsh
  • Between Providence and Vanderbilt, was the head coach of the Bahamas national basketball team (2001-2004)
  • Hired as the head coach at Monmouth in March 2011
