  • Hometown: Wright City, Missouri
  • Alma Mater: Southeast Missouri State University (BA, 1998) / Central Michigan University (M.Ed)
  • The MO-native graduated from SE Missouri State and got his coaching career started in 1998
    • First jobs were as an assistant at East Central CC, Moberly Area CC and Mineral Area CC, all in Missouri
    • Spent three seasons as the head coach at Moberly before joining the D-I ranks in 2009
  • Was an assistant under Dickey Nutt for three seasons at alma mater SEMO
  • Hired by Keno Davis at Central Michigan in 2012 and worked there for the next seven seasons
    • During that tenure, the Chippewas won two MAC titles and went to the postseason four times
  • Became the head coach of the D-II Lindenwood Lions (MO) in 2019
    • In 2022, the University made the move to D-I and joined the Ohio Valley Conference
