- Born in New York City and raised in NJ, Prioleau played college basketball at Fordham under head coach Nick Macarchuk
- Played professionally for two years in the CBA and NBA D-League
- Started coaching career in 1999 as an assistant under Bob Hill at alma mater Fordham
- Spent five years as an assistant to Mark Turgeon at Wichita State, one year under Tom Crean at Marquette, two years at Iowa State under Greg McDermott and two years at TCU under Jim Christian
- Hired in 2010 to Tad Boyle‘s staff at Colorado, working with the Buffaloes for the next seven seasons
- Became a head coach in August 2017 when he was hired to take over at San José State
- Went 20-93 in four seasons at the helm before he was fired in March 2021
- Joined Kyle Keller‘s coaching staff in July 2023 as an assistant at Stephen F. Austin
